Bohemians Under 19 manager Graham Lawlor hopes more players in his squad can continue to progress to the first-team this season.
The Dublin club have progressed a number of their youth team players into the first-team this campaign with Bohemians currently ninth in the SSE Airtricity League Premier Divison table.
In the EA SPORTS CUP second round fixture against Cabinteely, there were nine Academy products involved in the match as they went on to secure a narrow 1-0 victory.
Lawlor has been delighted to see a number of his players make the step up to the first-team and has praised manager Keith Long for his trust in the players.
Lawlor said: "When we're signing players up and you're able to say that the first-team manager will play you if you can impress, it's a major draw for us.
"If you look around other clubs, they might find it more difficult to find space for the young lads so it definitely gives us an advantage in that respect. There has been an injury crisis which has meant they've had to push up but they've all impressed.
"Keith is heavily involved, we speak everyday and we train alongside the first-team so he knows the players inside out and it's great that we've got a manager who will trust the young lads in these situations."
Fuad Sule moved to the club from St. Patrick's Athletic in the off-season and has made a real impact on the first-team, quickly becoming a fans' favourite since breaking into the first-team.
Defender Warren O'Hora has recently received international recognition with the Republic of Ireland Under 18s at the Slovakia Cup whilst Kian Clarke and Brandon Kavanagh are currently with the Under 17s squad at the European Championships.
He continued: "You look at the players who are coming through our schoolboy section and the Under 17s, I signed eight of our Under 17s for this campaign which shows you the quality which is being produced.
"I'll regularly watch the Under 15s train and play. It's really important that schoolboy section continues to grow as it is a difficult area to get players as we're competing with so many other clubs.
"We're doing great in the league this year, we're third in the league and whilst the players need to develop, they also need to learn how to win games and grind out results and they've been doing that so far this season."
