League of Ireland Leadership Conference to be held next week in Dublin
The League of Ireland and Double Pass will host a first of its kind League of Ireland Leadership Conference in the Aviva Stadium next week.
This landmark event, held on Tuesday and Wednesday, follows the successful completion of the recent LOI Academy Audit and is designed to bring together Club officials and external stakeholders, as well as international experts to explore how we can create a full-time, sustainable football industry in Ireland.
The Conference will address three key themes:
- Building effective and accountable leadership structures within clubs to maximise our potential
- Driving financial growth and long-term sustainability in Club business models
- Embedding talent development as a cornerstone of both competitive and commercial success
Keynote speakers at the event include Zurab Amirian, Head of Coaching & Methodology at Feyenoord, Dominik Thalhammer, former Austria Women’s National Team and LASK Manager and Eirik Bjorno, CEO of Norwegian side Viking FJ as well as experts from Double Pass.
