It doesn't look good for Pete Mahon's side, however. The Drogs are on a four game losing streak, without a win in 11. What's more worrying is they have only scored once in their last nine games, conceding 21 along the way.
Sligo are also in poor form, with two wins from their last ten not ideal for the Connaught side. They will have been encouraged by their 1-0 win against Shamrock Rovers at the beginning of this month and they will feel they should get the better of a out-of-form Drogheda side on Saturday night.
With Sligo flirting with the relegation zone and Drogheda the leagues bottom dwellers, both sides will be desperate to take all three points in this bottom of the table clash.
