Sligo Rovers win ELOI crown!
Sligo Rovers and their player representative Owen Mulligan has won this year’s ELOI which we had the great pleasure of working with through WYLDE!
This year’s event helped build real momentum for Irish esports through competition, community, and collaboration.
From the opening fixtures to an electric LAN Finals at the National Esports Centre, the level of play, passion, and support throughout has been outstanding. The finals were a true highlight - a standout event, incredible energy, and a fitting end to the competition.
Owen Mulligan defeated Shelbourne’s JP Sleator who won last year’s competition in an entertaining final which is available to watch back on our YouTube!
We’d like to thank WYLDE, EA SPORTS, the players and the fans, who tuned in and backed the league every step of the way.
This year marks another strong step forward for Irish esports, and reinforces the opportunity to keep growing the space alongside partners who share that vision.
