SSE Airtricity League champions Dundalk have become the latest club to take part in an Anti-Racism and Discrimination Workshop, conducted by the FAI's National Intercultural Co-Ordinator Des Tomlinson.

As part of UEFA licensing, Dundalk, Cork City, Shamrock Rovers and Waterford are all taking part in Workshops, ahead of competing in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League later this year.

Coaches and officers from Dundalk took part in the day, and according to Tomlinson, it was beneficial for all at the club.

"I would like to thank the club for hosting our Anti-Racism/Discrimination Awareness Workshop on Wednesday. I was delighted to facilitate the workshop for youth programme coaches and staff, and impressed by the level of engagement around this important issue by the coaches/staff present.

"Anti-Racism/Discrimination Awareness Workshops are being rolled out with national league clubs taking part in UEFA competitions this season."
