Keith Long's side claimed a dramatic penalty shoot-out victory against English National League side Sutton United on Saturday to qualify for the quarter-final stage.
Bohemians will now welcome Scottish League One side East Fife to Dalymount Park in the quarter-finals.
The fixture will be played on the weekend ending Sunday, November 18 with date and kick-off to be confirmed.
