Following tonight’s 2-0 victory over old rivals Bohs, making it three wins from three in Dublin Derby’s, an understandably delighted Stephen Bradley was quick to heap praise on his players.

“I thought first half we brought our attacking players into the game really well, scored two really good goals and from then we managed the game brilliantly. Tomer had little or nothing to do," Bradley explains.

Man of the match Trevor Clarke, who scored the second of the game following Brandon Miele’s opener, was singled out for some personal praise.

The wide man scored an absolute beauty curling a left foot effort into the top corner and his gaffer went on to say: “If you play him left back, he’s the best on the pitch, if you play him left wing again he’s the best and then we played him from the right tonight and comes up with that type of goal. I thought he was excellent.”

Following last weeks win over Dundalk and tonight’s impressive performance Bradley know consistency is key as they look to push on to break the top four.

“The first round of games wasn’t good enough from us, we knew that, we probably didn’t win as many games as we should have, been sloppy at times. We need to put a run together and its no use talking about it, we have to go and do it.

"It shows that last week and this week, the understanding in the team has improved and the group is coming together. We have a good group of players and sets us up nicely to continue next week.”
