Final preparations are currently being made for the upcoming 2022/23 FAI ETB Player Development Programmes nationwide.
These full-time courses offer successful applicants the opportunity to train full time while pursuing a QQI Level 5 qualification in Sport and Recreation and training allowances are available.
In addition, the FAI ETB representative side plays regular international friendlies at home and in Europe and has been a platform for progression to professional football since 2015.
For young men and women over the age of sixteen with an interest in football, learners can achieve up to 400 CAO points, complete coaching and lifeguard qualifications, and study to become a personal trainer.
Previous graduates from these programmes include careers for graduates include current men’s and women’s international footballers, strength and conditioning coaches, entrepreneurs and more.
