The Irish Daily Mail FAI Senior Cup first-round draw took place in Kilkenny as part of the FAI Festival of Football.
Republic of Ireland manager Martin O'Neill and FAI president Tony Fitzgerald conducted the draw, which was streamed live on the FAI Facebook page, and saw three all SSE Airtricity League Premier Division ties made.
Current FAI Cup holders Cork City will face a difficult test in defence of their crown as they travel to the Carlisle Grounds to face Bray Wanderers whilst current SSE Airtricity League Champions Dundalk face Derry City.
With cup sponsors, the Irish Daily Mail, set to award a €2000 prize fund to the last non-league club left in the competition, there were also three all non-league ties with Bluebell United set to host Sheriff YC.
Kilkenny non-league side Evergreen landed a huge home tie with SSE Airtricity League Premier Division side Drogheda United set to travel to the FAI Junior Cup finalists in the first round.
