With just eight minutes remaining of normal time, it looked as if Bohs FAI Cup dream was coming crashing down as they trailed 2-0 at the hands of local rivals, and first division leaders, Shelbourne.  But a dramatic ending to the game saw The Gypsies overturn the deficit with three late goals thanks to Keith Buckley’s brilliantly takes finish and two Danny Mandroiu super strikes.  Fan favourite Keith Ward was introduced with his side 1-0 down with a half hour remaining as Bohs looked to grab a vital equalizer. Danny Mandroiu went deeper into midfield to replace the battered and bruised Conor Levingston, as “Wardy” began to find some clever pockets of space around the Shels backline.  Speaking about the incredible occasion, Ward beaming with delight, couldn’t believe what had just happened, saying: “I wasn’t expecting that at all, I came on at one nil down and then to go two down, at that stage it doesn’t matter how you do it or get there but I’m just delighted in the end, it’s a great win.  "We showed a lot of character to be fair to come from two down especially against your rivals and we have a lot of young players ourselves, really great young players so it was great to get there in the end send the fans away with night like that against our neighbours across the road.“  At 2-0 down it with eight minutes remaining it seemed all over for the Gypsies, but Jaze Kabia’s second yellow for presumed time wasting after his sides second goal gave Ward and his team mates that little glimmer of hope, adding “We just kept our heads and thought if we get one, we believed could get another. Not sure about all three now but knew if we could get one, we’d then ask question of them. Maybe they tired towards the end, with 10 men, dropping deep but fair play to Dano (Mandroiu) who has been class all season, getting the winner.”  Bohs have endured a tough last few weeks, with just one win in July and the playmaker is hoping that tonight can act as a springboard going forward in the business end of the season.  “It really should give everyone a lift, and I believe it will. Wins like that don’t come around too often, coming from two down with minutes to go against a rival. It’s great and you could see the fans going wild. We have been poor the last few weeks if I’m honest, and the fans stuck with us so it was great to give them something and to see them celebrate like that was special. ”
