MU17 Cross Border Development Day this Sunday with LOI and NIFL
The latest Cross Border Development Day for some of our LOI Academy MU17 teams with NIFL counterparts takes place this Sunday at the National Sports Campus in Abbotstown.
Each team will play three games in a day focused on bringing emerging players from the LOI and NIFL together in a top class development environment.
From the League of Ireland - Bohemians, Cobh Ramblers, Dundalk, Shamrock Rovers, Shelbourne, St. Patrick's Athletic, Wexford and UCD will take part.
With Carrick Rangers, Coleraine, Cliftonville, Dungannon Swifts, Glenavon, Glentoran, Larne and Linfield all participating from NIFL.
The format of the games will take place as follows:
- 2 x 20-minute halves
- Maximum 5-minute half time interval
- Max squad of 20 players
- Return subs permitted (roll on – roll off)
The first games kick off at 12:30 at National Sports Campus in Abbotstown on Sunday
