The nominations for the SSE Airtricity/SWAI March Player of the Month have been confirmed.
Graham Burke (Shamrock Rovers): Rovers’ biggest threat scored six goals last month - four against Derry City, the winner against Limerick and a stunner in a defeat away to Waterford.
Courtney Duffus (Waterford): Has led the line superbly for the surprise package of the season and his four goals all came in wins.
Michael Duffy (Dundalk): As well as chipping in with two goals, the winger has been in sparkling form and played a major part in two other winning goals for his team last month.
Aaron McEneff (Derry City): Three wins from four games for Derry and the midfielder contributed with four goals, including a stunning brace against St Patrick’s Athletic.
Gary Rogers (Dundalk): The goalkeeper has yet to concede a goal, keeping clean sheets against title rivals Cork City and high flying Waterford as well as an impressive performance away to Sligo Rovers.
Kieran Sadlier (Cork City): The attacker’s excellent form continues and he has combined his general contribution with four goals.
The winner will be selected next week.
