Group A
- Linfield and Athlone Town cannot progress to the Semi-Finals
- The winner of Galway United v Shelbourne will progress to the Semi-Final
- If the Galway United v Shelbourne game finishes in a draw then the group will decided on a fair play table between Shelbourne 2 yellow cards and Galway United 1 yellow card
Group B
- Peamount United cannot progress to the Semi-Finals
- If Wexford Youths fail to beat Peamount United then the winner of Glentoran v Shamrock Rovers will proceed to the Semi-Final
- If Wexford Youths draw with Peamount United and Glentoran and Shamrock Rovers also draw then the group will decided on a fair play table between Glentoran 0 cards and Wexford Youths 2 yellow cards
- If Wexford Youths win and Glentoran win then the group will decided on a fair play table between Glentoran 0 cards and Wexford Youths 2 yellow cards
- If Wexford Youths win and Glentoran fail to win then Wexford Youths will proceed to the Semi-Final
Group C
- Cliftonville are already group winners as both Sion Swifts and Bohemians can get a maximum of 6 points and draw level with Cliftonville but Cliftonville have already beaten both of them teams and would proceed to the Semi-Finals on the head to head rule
Group D
- If Cork City draw or win v Crusaders then they will qualify as Group winners
- If Cork City lose to Crusaders then Crusaders will qualify as group winners if DLR Waves fail to beat Treaty United
- If Crusaders and DLR Waves both win then 3 teams will be tied on 6 points, their head to heads will also be equal and with all 3 teams securing 3 points in this mini table. This will mean that the goal difference in the games between the clubs will be the deciding factor, currently this is DLR Waves +1, Crusaders -2, Cork City +1
- If DLR Waves win and Crusaders beat Cork by less than 3 goals then DLR Waves proceed to the Semi-Final
- If DLR Waves win and Crusaders beat Cork by more than 3 goals then Crusaders proceed to the Semi-Final
- If DLR Waves win and Crusaders beat Cork by exactly 3 goals then DLR Waves proceed to the Semi-Final as they have scored 3 goals and Crusaders scored 1 goal in the fixture between the clubs
