Harps currently sit in eighth place in the league, just one point ahead of St. Patrick's Athletic. They do have two games in hand on the teams below them and they will be desperate to capitalise on this to distance themselves from the relegation zone.
On the opposite side of the table is where Derry City currently lie. Kenny Shiels' side bounced back from their loss to St. Pat's to take all three points at Dalymount Park in their last league fixture.
The Candystripes are fourth, just one point behind Shamrock Rovers. Shiels recently spoke of how finishing near Shamrock Rovers would be an accomplishment, and his team are well on their way to achieving that.
They are coming up against a Harps side who are in good form. The Ballybofey outfit are on a two game win streak having dispatched of Bohemians and Drogheda United in their last two games.
