In his final league bow for The Leesiders, Maguire bagged the opener before setting up the insurance strike which Jimmy Keohane supplied with three minutes to spare.
The victory restores Cork's considerable lead at the top and they celebrated three points in the sun, whilst also mourning the departure of both Maguire and Kevin O'Connor.
Bray did little to trouble Cork and can have no complaints about the result. They rarely troubled goalkeeper Mark McNulty and were second-best throughout.
Cork continue on their impressive run as they look to stay in pole position for the Premier Division title.
