Michael Leahy twice equalised with headers as Sligo earned a deserved point against Bray Wanderers in a rollercoaster game at the Carlisle Grounds.

The game began with a flurry of three goals inside the opening 14 minutes. Aaron Greene latched onto Ger Pender’s through ball to fire Bray ahead five minutes in.

Sligo hit back five minutes later when central defender Leahy headed home Liam Martin’s corner. But Bray regained the lead within a further four minutes.

The marking was slack as Dylan Connolly got to the near post first to poke home Ryan Brennan’s cross from the right. Leahy would be there again for Sligo, though, heading in Raff Cretaro’s clever cross on 63 minutes to give Sligo a deserved share of the spoils.
