It remains all to play for next Friday in the First Division Play-offs after Cabinteely and Longford played out a score-less at Stradbrook. But the Dublin side will be without ex-Town player Kevin Knight for the second leg at the City Calling Stadiu

Cabinteely were held at home by Longford Town in a scoreless draw in Stradbrook.

The home side hadn't won since March, but did turn over the Town in the reverse fixture.

Stephen Walsh forced Mick Kelly into a brilliant reaction save from a corner 10 minutes in.

Kieran Marty Waters responded by pulling a one hand stop from Paul Skinner. Longford should've gone ahead after half an hour: Don Cowan won possession from Kevin Knight, but Enda Curran somehow blazed over from eight yards.

Cabinteely would start stronger in the second half, Knight's header was goalward only for Skinner to beat away. Evan Galvin then shot wide.

The away side would finish stronger, but couldn't unlock a strong Cabinteely rearguard.
