Ciaran Kelly broke Cabinteely hearts by equalising with the last kick of the game to earn a 2-2 for Drogheda United at Stradbrook Road.

Cabinteely went into a quickfire 2-0 lead in the first half with goals from Karl Managhan and Keith Dalton before Sean Brennan pulled one back from the penalty spot.

The second half saw chances for both sides with Marty Waters coming closest for Cabo before his show was blocked by a superb intervention by Kelly.

Up the other end of the field, when hope seemed to be lost Kelly finished off a Mark Doyle pass to clinch a point for the away side who remain in the play-off positons before hosting UCD in two weeks' time.

Cabo remain in seventh place and travel to Longford Town next time out.
