A 73rd minute goal from Rodrigo Tosi saw Limerick FC earn a 1-1 draw with Finn Harps at the Markets Field.

Harps took the lead after 16 minutes when Freddy Hall's pass was intercepted by Caolan McAleer.

He played Sean Houston through on goal who slotted the ball underneath Hall to put Harps in front.

Ciaran O'Connor should have had Harps 2-0 in front at the break after good work by Paddy McCourt but he somehow missed from five yards.

Limerick improved after the break and got back on terms on 17 minutes from time. Lee J Lynch played fellow substitute Ian Turner away on the right hand side. Turner whipped in the perfect cross for Tosi who headed home from close range.

Limerick nearly grabbed a winner late on when Williams hit the bar from Turner's free kick but have to be content with a hard-earned point.
