Baraclough to be named Northern Ireland U21 manager

Former Sligo Rovers boss Ian Baraclough is to be been named as the new manager of the Northern Ireland U21 side according to an Irish Independent report. Baraclough was with Sligo between 2012 and 2014, leading them to a league and league cup victory during his time there.

Seanie Maguire wants England return

Seanie Maguire wants a return to England, according to The Irish Mirror. However it is believed that Maguire is currently focused only on his time with Cork City. Preston manager Simon Grayson, was present at Cork City’s game against St Patricks Athletic on Friday, and it is believed that Maguire is impressing the English Championship side who have recently signed Irish duo Daryl Horgan and Andy Boyle.

Limerick to begin interviewing for new manager

The Limerick Leader is reporting that Limerick FC are beginning to interview for their managerial position shortly. The club, who are currently being managed by interim boss Willie Boland, have been without a manager since Martin Russell’s departure just six games into the new SSE Airtricity Premier Division season.
