The SSE Airtricity/SWAI Player of the Month nominations for August have been announced.
The seventh SSE Airtricity/SWAI Player of the Month award of the season sees two nominations for SSE Airtricity League First Division sides UCD and Finn Harps, with the remaining four nominees coming from the Premier Division.
Dundalk duo Michael Duffy and Chris Shields are joined by goalkeepers Brendan Clarke (St. Patrick's Athletic) and Ciaran Gallagher (Finn Harps), with strikers Conor Davis (UCD) and Raffaele Cretaro (Sligo Rovers) completing the list.
The six nominations for the SSE Airtricity/SWAI August Player of the Month award are:-
