Drogs boss Tim Clancy has re-signed the highly-rated forward after he struggled for first-team opportunities at Richmond Park.
The former Brighton and Hove Albion man scored four goals in the Premier Division for the Inchicore club but rejoins Drogheda who will be aiming to clinch promotion to the top tier this season.
Tim Clancy's squad suffered defeat in the play-offs after finishing the 2018 season in fourth spot in the First Division and he has now got 11 first-team players signed up next season.
Last month, the club confirmed the double signing of centre-back James Brown and midfielder Cian Kavanagh as the club continue their 2019 preparations.
